Cafetal

Cafetal opens straight onto the inner courtyard, which means you wake up to plants rather than traffic. It's the room we give to people who came to Medellín to actually rest.

There's a small coffee bar in the corner — grinder, kettle, V60, and a rotating bag from a finca outside Jardín. The staff will happily show you how they make it, or leave you entirely alone. Both are respected here.
